Wear It Forward

This International Women’s Day, we’re doing more than posting a quote on Instagram.

We’re asking you to open your wardrobe.

For two weeks, bring in your good condition, pre-loved Proud Poppy pieces and we’ll give you a $5 Proud Poppy voucher per item donated. Easy.

Those pieces? They won’t sit in a pile. 

We’ll turn your donations into curated packs for local women’s shelters; because confidence isn’t a luxury. It’s a right.

Women supporting women. In real life. Not just captions.




How can I participate?

To participate in our Wear it Forward campaign for International Women's Day, either pop in to one of our 6 stores, or items can be posted to our HQ in Burleigh Heads at:

Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Proud Poppy “Wear It Forward” International Women’s Day Clothing Drive, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligible Donations

  • All donated items must be authentic Proud Poppy garments.
  • Items must be in good, clean, wearable condition. This means no stains, rips, tears, excessive wear, damage or unwashed items.
  • Proud Poppy reserves the right to inspect all donations and determine, at its sole discretion, whether items meet quality standards.
  • Items that do not meet the required standard will not be accepted for donation and will not qualify for a voucher.
  • Donated items will not be returned to the customer.

2. Voucher Offer

  • Customers will receive one (1) $5 voucher per eligible item donated.
  • Vouchers will only be issued for items that meet Proud Poppy’s quality and eligibility standards.
  • Vouchers will be issued within two (2) business days of donation approval.
  • Each voucher is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue.
  • Expired vouchers will not be reissued or extended.

3. Donation Locations & Shipping

  • Donations may be dropped off in-store during the official campaign period.
  • Donations sent to the Proud Poppy Burleigh Warehouse must be sent via post only.
  • In-person drop-offs at the Burleigh Warehouse will not be accepted.
  • All shipping costs associated with posting donations to the Burleigh Warehouse are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Proud Poppy.

4. Campaign Period

  • The Wear It Forward Clothing Drive will run for two (2) weeks only from Wednesday 4th March - Wednesday 18th March 2026.
  • Donations must be received within the official campaign period to qualify for vouchers.

5. General

  • Proud Poppy reserves the right to verify all donations and to refuse items that do not comply with these terms.
  • Proud Poppy reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
