Proud Poppy Clothing is not responsible for items lost, stolen or delayed in transit. ( unless shipping protection is selected ).
It is the customers responsibility to ensure they enter the correct delivery address. If an address is entered incorrectly and as a result delivered to the wrong address Proud Poppy Clothing will not issue a refund or replacement. If you do enter the wrong shipping address please contact us immediately at hello@proudpoppyclothing.com.au so that we can attempt to rectify the issue for you.
Shipping fees do not include local taxes or import/custom duties or any other additional costs for international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure if any applicable taxes or charges will be associated with you order we recommend contacting your local customs office.
