All orders are final. Once placed shipping cannot be cancelled.
The table above is just a guideline. Delivery times may differ from the suggested timeline listed above due to public holidays, weekends, adverse weather and other circumstances out of Proud Poppy Clothing’s control.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is sent.
Proud Poppy Clothing is not responsible for items lost, stolen or delayed in transit.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure they enter the correct delivery address. If an address is entered incorrectly and as a result delivered to the wrong address Proud Poppy Clothing will not issue a refund or replacement. If you do enter the wrong shipping address please contact us immediately at email@example.com so that we can attempt to rectify the issue for you.
Shipping fees do not include local taxes or import/custom duties or any other additional costs for international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure if any applicable taxes or charges will be associated with you order we recommend contacting your local customs office. If such charges are applicable to your order and you do not wish to pay them Proud Poppy Clothing will not issue a refund or reimbursement for your order.
