Our Black Friday sale starts midnight AEDT, so be ready! Items can sell out quickly, so we recommend setting your alarms and jumping online early.
Most Black Friday items are limited stock and won’t be restocked once sold out. If you love it, add to cart fast — Proud Poppy styles go quickly!
During Black Friday–Cyber Monday, additional discount codes are disabled. All sale prices are already reduced and automatically applied at checkout.
Our team works super hard during this busy week, but please allow an extra 2–4 business days for dispatch due to the high volume of orders. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.
Because BFCM moves incredibly fast, we’re unable to change or cancel orders once they’re placed. Please double-check sizes, colours and shipping details before checking out.
Unfortunately, we can’t merge orders during BFCM as the warehouse packs orders immediately to get them out quickly.
Yes — you can still return for a store credit as per our normal returns policy. Please note: we don’t offer refunds on sale items unless faulty.
