Proud Poppy Clothing’s Proud Print Project

Full Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is Proud Poppy Clothing PTY LTD, registered office: 606 Edgars Road, Epping, VIC 3076, ABN 31 645 312 778. 
  2. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Proud Poppy Clothing.
  3. Submissions for the Proud Print Project commence  6pm AEST Monday 15th April 2024, and ends 11.59pm AEST Sunday 5th May 2024 (the Promotion Period).
  4. To be eligible to win the Proud Print Project entrants must submit a response to the provided Creative Brief by Proud Poppy Clothing ensuring that 1) their submission is their own original work and 2) All deliverables are supplied to brief. Compilation of each individual entry mechanic equals One (1) individual submission. Entrants may enter as many times as they like. 
  5. The promotion is open to people 16 years of age and older. If a winner is under the age of 18 years, written parental consent is required.
  6. By Submitting your work to the Proud Print Project, you confirm that your work is your own original work.
  7. By Submitting your work to the Proud Print Project, and on the event your print is the winning print voted by the public, you grant permission to Proud Poppy Clothing to having exclusive rights to your print.
  8. The project is a game of skill, with the shortlist of submissions being selected by Proud Poppy Clothing PTY LTD by 9am AEST Thursday May 9th 2024 in its absolute discretion. The ultimate winner of the Proud Print Project will be decided by public vote between Thursday 9th May - Monday 13th May 2024.
  9. The voted winner is final and the winner will be notified via the contact details provided. Winners must provide Proud Poppy Clothing with their postal address, full name & contact number within 72 hours of notification. 
  10. Proud Poppy Clothing accepts no responsibility for unread, undelivered or incorrectly provided personal information.
  11. The prize pool has the total value of over $2,500AUD, shared between one (1) winner. The sole winner will have their print used in Proud Poppy’s summer 24/25 collection, receive a cash prize of $2,500AUS, naming rights to the print, the entire collection featuring their print, access to any visual assets products, ‘About The Artist’ spotlight, exposure to a global audience. A selection of ‘runners up’ will each receive a $500AUS cash prize, to be determined at the time of voting.
  12. Proud Poppy Clothing will facilitate the fulfilment and management of the prizes, and production of the collection the print is featured in.
  13. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be sold.
  14. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or any other circumstance beyond the control of Proud Poppy Clothing, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
  15. Proud Poppy Clothing will not be responsible for maintenance of the prize once redeemed by the winner of the competition.
  16. Proud Poppy Clothing reserves the right to request proof of eligibility to any winners or refuse reward of the prize and re-draw a winner in the event of an eligible entrant being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. If a prize remains forfeited or unclaimed, it will be forfeited. 
  17. We (and each of our related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) whatsoever that is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the receipt or use of this prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  18. The laws of Victoria, Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
