We hope you love your purchase, but if it's not love at first sight, here's what we can do to help.

 

  • If your item is in stock - you can exchange your item for a different size.
  • You can select a store credit to shop later.
  • Or you can select a refund*

By processing your payment through our online and instore system you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our return policy so please have a read prior to purchasing with us.

Australian customers -

To be eligible to receive a refund your return request must be submitted within 14 days of fulfilment. If you applied a discount code/loyalty voucher to your order, or the item was discounted, you will be eligible for a store credit/exchange only.

If you miss this date, don't worry we have your back! You are more than welcome to submit a return request within 30 days of fulfilment to receive a store credit (valid for 3 years) or exchange.

All returns are subject to a $10 return shipping fee which will be deducted from your return outcome. Not applicable to faulty items.

If you opt for an exchange an additional $10 shipping fee will be applied to your return/exchange request.

 

In store purchases -

Pop into one of our stores or submit a return request online, within 30 days of purchase, for a store credit (valid for 3 years) or exchange,

All refund requests, to your original payment method, must be emailed through to our customer care team at hello@proudpoppyclothing.com.au.

If you are wishing to exchange your item(s) we recommend opting for a refund and repurchasing your desired style and size now while stock lasts.

All returns must be submitted in our returns portal before being sent back to us.

Once your return has been delivered back to us please allow 5-10 business days for your return outcome to be processed


The following items cannot be returned (unless deemed faulty)

  • Products in any condition other than its original condition
  • Product which have been worn
  • Products with tags that have been removed
  • Products that smell of perfume, or odours of any kind
  • Products which have been stained or marked eg. make up, fake tan or deodorant
  • Items marked ‘final sale’
  • Accessories including - coffee cups, wine glasses, drink bottles, jewellery, hair accessories or soap.

If you have opted for an instant exchange through our returns portal, and your returned item doesn't meet the criteria above, we will need to charge your card for the item.
