Thank you so much for your patience while we’ve been navigating the pause in postal services to the US. We finally have some exciting news to share from Australia Post:Australia Post is pleased to update our business customers that we plan to resume postal services to the United States (US) and its overseas territories on or before Thursday, 25 September 2025.This resumption follows changes the US Government made to customs and import tariff rules, which saw Australia Post, along with numerous other international postal operators, make the difficult decision to temporarily suspend partial postal services to the US, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, US Virgin Islands and US Minor Outlying Islands.We’re over here doing a little happy dance knowing pink parcels will soon be on their way again! Please just bear with us while we get everything set up on our side.The wait is nearly over. We’ll continue to share updates as they come, and we truly appreciate all the patience, love, and support you’ve shown us.
Australia Post has temporarily suspended parcel services to the United States due to new customs requirements. Customers in the US can continue to place orders; however, please note that your order will be securely held and shipped as soon as services resume. This may result in significant shipping delays.
We’ll provide updates here as soon as we have them, and you’ll also receive email updates regarding the status of your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this temporary pause.

We partner with a variety of delivery services, so tracking numbers may vary, rest assured, our system selects the most efficient method to ensure your parcel arrives promptly.
Some items in your order may come from different warehouses, as we ship from multiple locations, so they might arrive in separate packages.
We currently offer FREE standard shipping over $150 for Australia, USA & New Zealand. This offer excludes our Bedding Collection and Mystery Bags, which have a $10 shipping fee.

All orders are final. Once placed shipping cannot be cancelled.
The table above is just a guideline. Delivery times may differ from the suggested timeline listed above due to public holidays, weekends, adverse weather and other circumstances out of Proud Poppy Clothing’s control.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is sent.
Proud Poppy Clothing is not responsible for items lost, stolen or delayed in transit. ( unless shipping protection is selected ).
It is the customers responsibility to ensure they enter the correct delivery address. If an address is entered incorrectly and as a result delivered to the wrong address Proud Poppy Clothing will not issue a refund or replacement. If you do enter the wrong shipping address please contact us immediately at hello@proudpoppyclothing.com.au so that we can attempt to rectify the issue for you.
Shipping fees do not include local taxes or import/custom duties or any other additional costs for international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure if any applicable taxes or charges will be associated with you order we recommend contacting your local customs office. If such charges are applicable to your order and you do not wish to pay them Proud Poppy Clothing will not issue a refund or reimbursement for your order.
