Returns Policy

All purchases made during the EOFY Sale period are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available on discounted items purchased during the promotion.

Final Sale and Clearance items remain ineligible for return, exchange or store credit unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Order Changes

Due to the significant discounts offered and increased order volumes during the EOFY Sale period, we are unable to make changes, edits or cancellations to orders once they have been placed. Multiple orders cannot be combined.

Loyalty Program

Loyalty vouchers cannot be redeemed during the EOFY Sale period. Poppy Perks points will continue to accrue on eligible purchases in accordance with our standard loyalty program terms unless otherwise communicated.

Shipping & Dispatch

During the EOFY Sale period, our standard free shipping offer on orders over $150 will be temporarily unavailable. Dispatch times may be extended due to increased order volumes; however, our team will work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible.

No rain checks will be offered on sold-out items. While every effort is made to maintain accurate stock levels, some items may become unavailable due to high demand.
